Who / what are you reporting?

If you know who's behind it, report the person (Individual), not just the coin. Serial ruggers launch new projects under new names, and a report tied to the person is what warns people about their next one. Pick Project/Token/NFT only when the team is anonymous or this isn't about one person's conduct.

Identifying image (optional)

Their X/Twitter profile picture, a coin logo, a project banner, anything that visually identifies them. Not evidence of wrongdoing, just a visual anchor on their entry.

This is for the moderator reviewing your report, to help us understand what happened and check it against your evidence. It won't be published word for word: if approved, a moderator writes the entry's public summary separately, based on what the evidence actually supports.
